An Important Announcement Regarding COVID-19

Dear Lake Pointe Inn Family:

I’ll get right to the point. We are open and will remain open as long as we can do so legally and safely. You have asked us to stay open, and we’ve listened. The Lake Pointe Inn is your happy place, the place you go to get away from the craziness of life, the place you feel safe and nurtured.

Scott and I, and the entire LPI staff are honored to be that for you. We are here for you and will continue to serve you as best we can, as long as we are able.*

Many of you have also asked how you can help the Lake Pointe Inn, as we are a small business greatly impacted by this crisis. First, please take care of yourselves. You are the lifeblood of our business. Without you, there is no Lake Pointe Inn. Here are a few additional suggestions should you wish to tangibly show your support:

  • Make a reservation for a future date. If you usually come for 2 days, consider coming for 3 or 4, or even staying a whole week this summer/fall.
  • Consider purchasing a gift card for family/friends who have never experienced the Lake Pointe Inn. This is a perfect time to get your holiday shopping done.
  • Buy a gift card for yourself to be used in the future

We look forward to welcoming you back to the Lake Pointe Inn soon.

*At Lake Pointe Inn, your health and safety, and that of our incredible staff, is our top priority. The LPI staff have all been instructed on heightened sanitation procedures. While our standard routine has always gone above and beyond the minimum requirements for cleanliness, we’ve taken the time to update our policies and implement additional measures in the face of COVID-19. Our entire team is committed to upholding the highest standards of safety and hygiene.

As a resort facility, we sanitize all areas between guests, as well as regularly disinfecting door handles, railings and other commonly contacted surfaces. We have placed hand sanitizers throughout the inn for your use as well. We have made it clear to the staff that no one is allowed at work if they are showing any signs of illness.  We are closely following all guidelines established by both the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO).
